Open bank accounts for the staff in major banks in Egypt, and make the monthly transfers or the mid-month bonuses and incentives

After salaries payment GPS sends to the staff either an email generated automatically from the  SAP system with their payment slips (salary break down)  and  also send it by SMS according to the clients wish.

All Clients and employees data are kept confidential all the time and even after the client terminate with GPS.

GPS can handle the Clients main payroll and send the main reports such as

Net salaries

Social insurance and all Governmental boxes amounts

Income taxes amounts

Making the yearly income taxes statement for each employee

All consultations about any changes in social insurance, income taxes and other boxes regulations.

GPS as a part of its package service can supply the outsourced staff with :

GPS has its own insurance suppliers with better rates due to its staff number.

And at the same time the Client has the right to choose the insurance company to deal with.

GPS will administer the policy either chosen by the client or supplied by GPS.

GPS policy is to consider the outsourced staff as our clients, so GPS handle all HR letters for the staff, plus opening their bank accounts either payroll accounts, or related accounts in Major Banks in Egypt.
